United Kitchen Exhaust provides a number of different services in order to enhance the operation of a kitchen exhaust. i. United Survey
Part of the United promise to clients is to provide them with a better understanding of their exhaust system and the problems and solutions that accompany it. Below is a brief outline of what the United survey encompasses and why we are the best when it comes to customer satisfaction:

In most cases, United will provide a survey free of charge to the majority of clients with the understanding that the information provided is confidential and to remain within United’s possession until a contract for United Restoration is signed.
ii. United Kitchen Restoration
United prides itself on being the best and offering the most comprehensive full system restoration to date. Full system restoration encompasses:

Complete cleaning of hood and fan using both pressure washer and hand scraping techniques. |

Complete degreasing of exhaust system back to bear metal using a combination of various hand scraping tools and techniques: |

iii. United Maintenance & Cleaning
Part of the United promise to clients is to give them the resources and service necessary to keep their exhaust systems operating at full capacity and within NFPA codes. United will provide clients with maintenance schedules that encompass:

The most common cleaning maintenance schedule of kitchen exhausts is every 3 months but schedules can vary depending upon the type of operation. The kitchen exhaust systems that need cleaning most often are those over wood-burning or charcoal-burning stoves. These should be cleaned every month at least, and in some cases as often as every 2 weeks. Below are the various types of cooking establishments and their recommended cleaning frequencies:

Many hamburger restaurants and fast-food locations: 60 DAYS. |

Average restaurant, employee cafeteria, hotel or hospital kitchen: 90 DAYS. |

Pizza places, convalescent hospital, small snack bar, oven hood: 180 DAYS. |
 |
Hoods over non-grease-creating appliances, such as steam kettles, dishwashers, soup vats, etc.: ONE YEAR. |
